Brook Jones

Brook is a seasoned marketing expert and the CEO/founder of Red Door Marketing Agency.  She has 18 years of experience in marketing, public relations, healthcare, real estate, non-profit, entrepreneurship, and start-up businesses.


In 2012, Brook was inspired to embark on a new journey that would cater to her deep passion for marketing and public relations. Since then, Red Door Marketing Agency has been consistently successful in meeting the needs of exclusive clientele throughout the Southeast.


Brook has spearheaded Red Door’s role in international marketing campaigns, such as a multi-million dollar capital campaign for a non-profit Christian ministry located in Costa Rica in efforts to grow their organization into Brazil and Puerto Rico.  


Brook’s role in most of Red Door’s projects has been to take complex company divisions, products, and services and develop streamlined marketing plans that offer each area a clear message and marketing strategy.  


Over the past 6 years as CEO and Founder of Red Door Marketing Agency, Brook has worked to educate local businesses on the importance of the company’s brand and marketing strategies.  Working across marketing channels, Brook has been able to increase customer engagement and brand awareness by 250% for Ryan Chevrolet as part of their social media marketing campaign in 2017.  


When working with clients, Brook approaches each project with excitement and a love to create a great product while educating the client on the importance of their marketing strategies with open and responsive communication.  

Rob Powell

Rob Powell graduated from Baton Rouge High School and went on to obtain his B.S., M.S, and MBA specializing in marketing, from LSU. Shortly thereafter, he held a marketing position in the hospitality division of The Walt Disney Company, Inc. Rob was soon recruited by a Minneapolis, Minnesota based startup casino entertainment company, Grand Casinos, Inc. in a senior marketing leadership role where he was a part of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) team moving the company from venture capital to publicly traded company (NYSE: GND). According to Forbes, at the time, Grand Casinos, Inc. was the “Fastest Growing Company in North America”. After the sale of Grand, Rob went on to another Minnesota based start-up company, Rainforest Cafe, Inc. where he lead the building of the brand and operations of 32 restaurants, nationwide and his second IPO process (NYSE: RAIN). During his tenure at Rainforest Cafe, Inc. Rob was recognized by the Academy of Marketing Sciences as Marketer of the Year for his expertise in the field of marketing and contributions to the marketing field.  After the sale of Rainforest Cafe, Inc. to Landry’s Restaurants, Rob spent a short time with the parent company for The Second City comedy troupe out of Toronto, Ontario Canada before launching his own management and marketing consulting firm. Earning casino, hospitality, entertainment and government clients, Rob wound up in Macau China, Panama Central America and most recently the Philippines as a Director for Cagayan Economic Zone Authority where, with the government, he helped develop ‘economic development zones’ creating jobs and building international commerce throughout the Pacific rim.  Rob moved back to Louisiana in 2012 to be with his ailing parents. While in Baton Rouge, he realized the economic opportunities and growth potential of the region and has begun to help companies grow through partnership and consulting arrangements.


Rob is currently fulfilling a lifetime dream to obtain his PhD while continuing his passion as a business owner of a high-end cocktail lounge located in Baton Rouge and one of the oldest bars New Orleans.
